Hap short for Happy was only 5 star general in the air force. he grew up nearby and the local high school – lower merion high where Hap also attended, has the playing field named after hm. i spend many an hour playing football on that field.
The disk is set up with the wheels so it could be pulled by horses,it has very little tongue weight.It looks to be about 5 to 6 foot wide.
