UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
No offense to the seller, but the seller writes that the low retail value of these are $4100 and the high is $19,000. I suggest the seller visit eWillys for a dose of reality.
“UP FOR BIDS IS A RESTORABLE 1960 WILLYS CJ3B JEEP. THIS UNIT RAN WHEN PARKED, TITLE IS LOST BUT WILL SUPPLY BILL OF SALE. THESE HAVE A LOW RETAIL VALUE OF $4100.00, AVERAGE RETAIL OF $9,700.00 AND A HIGH AVERAGE OF $19,000. IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT $5,000 IN PARTS TO MAKE THIS NEW AGAIN. A COMPLETE REPO BODY IS $2000.00. DON’T LET THIS ONE GET AWAY……….NO RESERVE. UNIT MUST BE PICKED UP HERE UNLESS YOU ARRANGE SHIPPING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING. TITLE WAS LOST AND WILL HAVE TO BE APPLIED FOR IF RESTORED FOR ROAD USE. SERIAL # 57348 61137”
But Dave, “this unit ran when parked,” so maybe it’s worth more! 🙂
Robert
yeah .. it’s always worth more to the seller that it ran until it was parked 🙂
