(01/17/2015) Nice Jeep!
“Amazing 1952 Willys CJ3A for sale. I bought this from the gentleman who restored it in California and have enjoyed it for the last year. Original California Jeep. I’ve owned three Willys Jeep’s and researched them for years and this is the nicest I have ever seen. It runs and drives great, no issues. Manual 3 speed, 4 cylinder. Jeep has PTO drive and period correct Ramsey winch with belt drive extension (rear mounted for farm implements etc.). Top is in perfect condition. Neat period correct fire extinguisher mounted on front bumper. Electric windshield wipers. Front seat belts. Come see to appreciate!
If you missed out on the auctions here in town, or have room to take another home – here is your chance! Parades, grand-kids, car shows? A lot of fun! Private seller. Not interested in trades and do not want help selling. Serious inquiries only.”
Are the passenger wheels different from spare? That’s a lot of red head bolts. This jeep does look nice and shows nice. I like all the equipment on the back
Oooo, I’ve seen this jeep before around the web. Not perfect but very, very nice. Nice options and we’ll done. I can’t get a clear enough pic to tell about the wheel. “Red head bolts”? Oh, not the head of the bolts nessessarily, but actual head bolts, which happen to have red heads. What the heck? You messing with me little brother? I don’t think it’s right that you’re talking like that, knock it off. Happy Easter too!
Those must be those fancy “High Altitude” head bolts. Or was that yellow???? Happy Easter!!!!
Oh Todd. You funny man. I’ll draw a picture next time, haha. Happy Easter to you too.
Killer Jeep ,looks like spare and rear wheels are 2a ,3a and front wheels at least pass front is Willys pickup truck wheel . I love the factory winch cradle and lifting boom tabs on cradle. Im betting the drum can be used to belt drive buzz saw or anything belt driven for that matter or use it like a capstan winch ,with rope. There must be a way on the Ramsey to free wheel or brake winch drum and just use the belt drum for something .Either Way very nice !!!
Hey Ted, I was messing around with the Ramsey winch on the front of my Ren 1 and if the jeep is in first, winch comes in. In reverse, winch goes out. Transfer case in neutral. The winch also has an engage and disengage position lever. So there is a few options…
