Wow, this has been for sale for ever, can’t help but notice the NJ plate on it. At least 2 years since I last bugged him, He told me the story of towing this wagon to NV. from JERSEY. He should of just left it there for ME.
And he could not post a better not sideways photo either?
The ’58 might have those rare Kaiser emblems on the side – the cormorant (bird).
Talk about the sideways picture, are people lazy, stupid or both. Give me a break please!!!
To be fair, some people don’t know how to rotate a photo. Normally, I flip those when I post them to make it easier for us to see, but I was in a hurry on that one and it wasn’t a very helpful pic anyway.
OK, The price is coming down into my neighborhood; “All good things come to those who wait.” Time is on my side.
Just found this. Looks to be the same one. http://willysforsale.com/ads/for-sale-willys-maverik-model/
I recently found out that sponsoring the Maverick TV show (w/ James Garner) was part of Willys’ advertising campaign for this jeep vehicle. $1000 seems like a tempting price.
Isn’t it usually the other way around, cars from out west are towed to Jersey??
