This is a fantastic Jeep. Engine is the original and preferred 226-L6 Super Hurricane flat 6 and was just gone through by an experienced classic car guy. Partial restoration is done. Body is fantastic and rust free. Starts easy, runs great and fun to drive. This is a vintage 1955 Jeep Wagon, America’s first 4×4 SUV. It will climb 57 degree grades (although I have not tried) and brings smiles everywhere it goes. Ready for the new owner to recover the seats and side panels in desired color. This is a GOOD ONE – Body not rusted. Work done in 2013/2014 includes: New fuel pump and lines, New fuel tank, Professionally overhauled Carb, New water pump and hoses, conversion from 6v to 12v with new Willys alternator and battery, and much more. Fun to tinker and will be an easy restoration finish as show car or daily driver. This vehicle is complete; original seats (front and rear) acquired and ready for cover.
