(09/19/2014) I don’t know if this is an ad for a jeep or for a vacation! The jeep looks good. So does Hawaii!

Bill, You are so right. I think I am going to install such a “dripped oil bio-degrading device” in my garage and driveway!

If anyone wants to pay for my ticket, I will gladly go and inspect this jeep prior to them purchasing it!

    Joe,

Yeah, the body is likely a VEC. It has a floor shifter (should have a column shift), so there are at least some non VEC parts. I’ not sure why I didn’t mark this as a possible VEC.

The serial # is for sure 1945 , needs columm shift and it says on E Bay that it,s Littlefield Arizona.

I just noticed that the last picture on the E Willys add that the data plate is a one piece indicating newer than VEC. Hmmm.

Okay, i messed up. I thought the jeep on eBay was the Hawaii jeep, but it is actually a similar looking jeep from Arizona. I will get this straightened out. Thanks Peter and Jerry for alerting me to the issue.
