“Selling my 1953 Willy’s Jeep, its a CJ3B first year of the high hood model. This jeep starts right up, drives all day, its not a corvette but it will climb over one! It does have the original motor and transmission, transfer case, most of the wiring is original. This jeep is more than 60 years old so it does need some TLC, it needs brake line and/or the brake master cylinder fixed and a couple of the gauges (which are all original) also need some attention, needs new windshield wipers (front glass is near perfect) and driver side mirror. There is very little rust and no cancer that I have found. It has two new tires on the rear and comes with a spare carburetor and a new carburetor kit for it. New battery, original oil filter etc, etc, etc.

There is a 12,000 pound winch mounted on the front (I didn’t put it on there, but it goes with the jeep) and it works extremely well. Additionally 4 other tires will go with jeep, they were on it when I got the jeep, there equivalent of the 35X12.50-15 with rims, the jeep is not lifted for these rims, hence the reason I removed the tires.

The jeep was converted from 6 volt to 12 volt system. This jeep does not have a VIN number, it has a serial number which matches the title. Has a clean Nevada title in my name. Apparently it also has a rare gauge called “Bat-O-Meter” which is not hooked up and I am not entirely sure what it was suppose to do (looks like it might have been a type of amp gauge that I have only seen on military models) but that is only a guess.

May consider partial trades, adult size ATV 450 4×4 models or larger, dirt bike 250 (ish) but cash is all ways king. Also looking for parts truck for a 1957 – 1960 Dodge D100″

    Hi Gary,

Yes, it looks like it sold. I’ve updated the post. Should it reappear for some reason, I’ll let you know.
