Buying Tips
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. On the third picture from the top, there looks to be a hand grenade fixed to the dash board.
Sure looks like it to me as well.
It actually looks like it is taped to the steering column.
I think these old pictures are very interesting, but I hate war and people suffering. However, I do have a sense of humor. I learned this from Mad Movies from the LA Connection 30 years ago.
“Why do you keep moving your arm closer to the muzzle?”. “The rabbit is still hopping around out there and laughing at us”. “Step aside, it’s just jammed. I can fix it if you just keep pulling the trigger”.
