It’s a militarized CJ-2A that appears ready for a parade. I believe the Jasper engine is from Jaspers Engines and Transmissions in Indiana.

One of the downsides of ‘scheduling’ posts in the future (most evenings I create the posts in the evening for the following morning) is that I can’t test the posts once I finish them.
