I was thinking the exact thing, Steve 🙂 I wonder if both these soldiers are sitting on gas tanks with no seat cushions… talk about a pure utility vehicle. Cool snap shot of these guys’ war experience.
there is an exact toy of this too, i think it’s a cj2a kit that was offered postwar and they just posed in their old uniforms for kicks. i wish i could post a picture of the toy on green tile but it’s identical to the one in this picture.
