I’m pretty sure there’s only one Corvallis in the world, and here’s the old Copelands Lumber before they tore it down. I think it could be the same building.

Privately I assumed it was Corvallis, OR. But, I’ve been wrong enough times on city names, that I decided not to guess. I spent some time this morning searching and could find no other Corvallis. Thanks for the link!
