(10/17/2013) This has at least one military fender. It looks solid.

It is currently registered non-op and does not leave my property and has a clean title. It has front disc brakes/over-drive and hubs front and rear”
What distinguishes a “military fender” (other than the usual black out light, which isn’t here)? Agree this is CJ2A, and therefore pre-1950.
I wonder if that hose was placed there as replacement radiator hose or just there to prevent vibration of the support rod to the hood. Either way, it’s a good location.
Joe: The brackets on the interior of the passenger fender. I believe they are the voltage regulator supports.
Brett … that’s a good question. I’ve never seen that mod/idea.
