Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: Was priced at $1600.

“1947 T3C (C for civilian). Total restore. All rust holes fixed with metal, floor straightened, new frame. Fulton #6 coupler for 1 7/8” ball. Second right hand tail light added, can be 6 of 12 volts. 215 x 85 x 16 tires. Registration: can get homemade trailer registration if needed for whatever it costs. Axles had new seals and gaskets, bearings are good, new U-bolts. Vintage wiring throughout. Will need trailer plug. NICE!!
