I saw many differents type for rear windows on those hard top.
Small one in the left top, square one.
Even the front windows, this one is square.

I guess it was a different model for each CJ-6.

Does anyone know if a meyer hard top has a serial number stamped somewhere?

I picked up some manuals and other Jeep related info for E-WILLYS Dave. When he comes to the Midwest Willys Reunion in Ohio I will get them to him. There is some info in the collection on Meyer cabs from about 1967.I looked over this info. and there are serial numbers listed to order parts, but I cannot find anything telling where the serial number on these meyer cabs is located.Sales brochure, parts, service and installation is all covered, but nothing to show serial # location. It does show a standard and M-III cab.The M-III cab had a headliner, dome light and auxilary windows.Options for cabs were:roof air vent kit, roof mounted tire rack, and full vertical rear door(standard cab only). The cab on this CJ6 looks like a Meyer standard full cab.I am no expert on them, maybe older and newer meyer cabs had different shaped windows.

Thanks for this answer. It’s appreciated. In the CJ-6 section here, we can see that some has two small square windows, and some has lot of differents dimensions of windows. Even the rear windows seem to have differents shape and size. As I can see, there was a lot of option available.

Mine has a different windows size and I do beleive that it’s a Meyer hard top but I can’t find any serial or Meyer identifications on it. It has a dome light.

I would agree that you have a Meyer top on your Jeep.It has the two raised ribs on the front doors. The dome light if it is the original was an option for all standard cabs, but part of the standard equipment on the M-III cabs.(at least in 1967)The M-III cab had extra windows on the side behind the doors, and skinny windows on the back beside the back door. All of the windows shown in the parts info that I am looking at are the same sizes (by location)in all of the cab models.i.e. all rear door glass has the same part number, all front door glass has the same part number, all side window glass has the same part number. This covers a lot of different serial numbers. As for the serial number location, someone certainly should know where it is.I wander if it was just on a decal? This Meyer cab info is for CJ5,CJ5A,CJ6,andCJ6A.It has several different serial number groups listed, but no year breakdown.
