1947 CJ-2A San Diego, CA **SOLD**

• CATEGORIES: CJ-2A This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: Was $4300.

Given the windshield appears broken, the engine block is in the back, lack of bumper, etc, I’m thinking more like $1000 for this.

What brand are those locking hubs? I had an old Willys CJ2A several years ago that had those and I can’t remember the brand. I’d like to find a pair for my current CJ3A. I like them because you grab the whole hub and turn it rather than just a little tab. Easier on the fingers!

I will look through my pics, but I think Sears or Allstate private labeled some of those? Don’t quote me on that just yet though.

I stand corrected. I’m pretty sure those are dualmatics. Power Train made ones that looked similar.

they could be Selectro. they look exactly like the ones i had on my 2A back in ’77

If you read through that CJ-5 link, you’ll see that Selectro, Dualmatics, and the 4 Wheel Drive generic hubs are all very similar.

Judging by the photos and the comments so far, I suspect the hubs are the most valuable part of this poorly cared for Jeep! $4300 for a pair of hubs…hmmmmm!!

I have a pair on my GPW that I bought from Sears in the late 70s that look very similar.
