No, the frame looks like a M-38 or possibly a replacement windshield frame.

i can see a glovebox? does CJ-2a’s have it normally?
The CJ-2As don’t normally have the glove box. That looks like a M-38 glove box lid. Since the top of the cowl doesn’t have a battery box lid (which would indicate this was a m38 body), I would guess that the body was a replacement body.
