UPDATE: Price dropped to $12,000.
(07/23/2022) Seller notes this is titled as a 1949, but it has a replacement data plate stamped CJV35 10656. I can’t locate anything that looks CJV35-ish.

“Titled as a 1949 Willys could be a 1950 with title #CJ/35-10656. Buick V6, 5 extra tires and rims, roll bar and lots of extra parts. Will not answer texts or email.”
The dead give away on the CJ-V35/U was the tool box. they were a lot smaller, they came to the edge of the tranny hump instead of the center. A belt driven generator sat between the seats to run the radio mounted on the rear fender wells. From what I can see this has a full size tool box. Maybe they replaced it?
After looking at the engine compartment, this doesn’t appear to have the military passenger fender like it should (example here: http://www.ewillys.com/2021/04/14/year-cj-2a-harrisonburg-va-850/)
I suspect the serial number is from something else and this is probably just a vanilla CJ-3A. But, who knows?
IF (big if) that’s a V-35 there’s nothing left but the number…
