The sacrifices made by our veterans and first responders can never be fully repaid. They have put their lives on the line to protect our nation and its people, and their dedication deserves recognition and support. That’s why organizations like T2T.org and campaigns like the Great American Road Trip for Veterans exist – to help raise funds and awareness for these brave individuals and their families.

The Great American Road Trip for Veterans campaign, led by Captain Scott Montefusco, is an exciting initiative that is set to drive from San Francisco to New York City in a 1952 Korean War Willys Jeep named Little Glory, supported by a 1973 Winnebago Gunship Winnebago communications command post named Marines Dream. The journey will take place from May 23rd to July 26th, 2023, covering over 4048 miles across the United States.

The goal of this campaign is to raise funds and awareness for veterans and first responders, as well as their families. This is an opportunity to show support and appreciation for those who have made tremendous sacrifices in service to our nation. However, to make this campaign a success, the support of not only donors but sponsors is crucial.

Sponsorship opportunities are available to corporations and organizations large and small that can help support the campaign. These sponsorships are limited to one per industry and also provide a unique opportunity for small corporations to show their support for our veterans and first responders. Gartforvets is conducting this campaign on a 100% voluntary basis as a supporter of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Sponsors can help Captain Montefusco conduct this campaign while donors are asked to give directly to Tunnel to Towers, the 501c3 charity on behalf of the Great American Road Trip for Veterans campaign.

One of the primary needs of the campaign is cellular internet communication providers such as Verizon, T-mobile, and AT&T. The campaign will need reliable and consistent cellular connectivity and equipment to stay connected with the public during their journey. Live streaming video, GPS tracking, and telephone calls with supporters are being planned for.

Another essential sponsorship opportunity is auto insurance corporations such as USAA, Allstate, Farmers, and Haggerty. These corporations can provide insurance coverage for the vehicles and the people involved in the campaign, ensuring their safety and protection.

Beverage corporations like Black Rifle Coffee Company, Powerade, and Yuengling brewery can also contribute to the campaign by providing beverages for the crew and participants. These corporations can help keep everyone hydrated and energized throughout the journey.

Portable power manufacturers like Buletti, Jackory, and Ecoflow can help power the campaign’s equipment, including the Willys Jeep and the Winnebago command post. These manufacturers can provide portable power banks and other power solutions that can keep the equipment running such as cameras, microphones, GPS trackers, and mobile modems, throughout the journey.

Gasoline corporations like Sinclair Holly Frontier, 7/11, Citgo, Hess Gasoline, Chevron, Mobile, Flying J, Sams Club, and Gasbuddy.com can provide the literal fuel for the vehicles, ensuring that the campaign can make it across the country safely and efficiently.

Restaurant sponsors like Mission BBQ, Cracker Barrel, Texas Road House, and Jimmy John’s Corporations can provide meals for the crew and participants. These sponsors can help keep everyone fed and energized throughout the journey.
The campaign will also need places to meet and greet the public during their journey. Sponsor locations like Cabela’s and Bass Pro Corporation, Home Depot, and Sam’s Club can provide venues for the campaign to meet and greet the public to promote the campaign’s cause and recognize the sponsors who support the mission.
Small companies and corporations may also be sponsors and be recognized as supporters by helping to fund operational expenses for only the absolute necessities like the above to help make this campaign more successful.

The Queen of Wraps vehicle wrap company and Kaiser Willy Jeep parts have already joined the campaign with their specialty contributions. These corporations have provided the RV wrap and Jeep parts, respectively, to help support the campaign.
In addition to the live journey, the campaign will also conduct live podcasts during the drive across the USA. The crew will meet and greet the public, especially our veterans, first responders, and all those who support our heroes.
