Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1965 willys cj6. 90% original. body is in great shape for the age. all glass is good, windows work. starts, runs, and trans. shifts good. has power brakes but they dont work. have a new carburator and a fuel pump kit, but so far havent needed to put them on. motor smokes some. i havent ran it much, might clear up with a little Resolone and an oil change. im waiting on the former owner to find the title. this would be a great jeep to restore. asking $6,000”
