Looks to have started its life as a fire truck.
Another listing whom doesn’t know the difference between L-head (Go devil) & F-head (Hurricane). This obviously has been changed to an F-head (valve cover-tall carb with hood protrusion). Looks like power steering as well.
What are the odds… One of my best friends who had known of this posting saw it being hauled on a trailer in Southern Ohio this past Sat. on US 35, so figure it sold.
Barney, Thanks! I’ve marked it sold. I imagine that stood out being hauled down the highway.
It would be interesting to know the serial prefix so we could confirm it was sold as a stripped chassis, and if there was only one.
