UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5800. Jim notes it appears to have an Encore body rather than an original one.
It runs, but not title.
“Military jeep with no title. I’ve owned this vehicle since 1982. Runs good, needs some TLC. Call Philip.”

Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Looks like an Encore aftermarket body, not genuine M151 series.
Hi Jim,
Thanks for that insight. I don’t fall the M-151s all that closely and had forgotten all about the Encore bodies. I’ve update date post.
– Dave
can you help me with vin or serial number i have the same jeep but i can register
Hi Jose,
I don’t know much about the M151s, but this link ought to help you locate the serial number: https://m151jeep.com/find-your-serial-no
Best of luck,
– Dave
Aloha Jose..your best bet will be to see if your state dmv has a form to have a state issued/stamped number put on it. My state of Nevada has a form that allows me to build and ‘M51’ from parts that I have on hand. Once completed;I have to take to a state licensed repair shop where they sign off that it is roadworthy. This form along with the build form is presented to dmv. They would then stamp a serial # on it as a kit or rebuilt from parts vehicle. Hope this helps.
Hi Ed,
Good info. I didn’t know that about Nevada.
Thanks,
– Dave
Is this for sale and if so, how do i contact the owner?
Hi Paul,
It looks like this one sold. I’ve updated the post. I did check to see if this or any 151s were listed in the Waco, area, but didn’t see anything on Craigslist.
Thanks,
– Dave
