This is an interesting creature. Anyone recognize the chassis? The body looks lengthened, or is custom, or is some type of replacement body (prob out of the Philippines if a replacement).

maybe some kind of airport tug or maybe the tow vehicle for a shuutle or a ride from a parking lot or through some attraction ?
I see Datsun pickup wheels/caps/suspension from the late 60’s.
Six lug wheels. Not sure what it is.
Those square corners in the back indicate that’s a fabricated body from the cowl back. The only thing 46 about it is probably the title.
Datsun and Nissan pickups are six lug. Same pattern as Chevrolet K10.
