I would recommend buying one through Herm the Overdrive Guy. http://hermtheoverdriveguy.com/new-overdrives
Used overdrives often have wear and need to be rebuilt (with shipping and the rebuild, the cost would be significant). Given you are in Colombia, I’d highly recommend you get a new one through Herm.
