“For Sale – Barn Find. 1954 M38A1 Willy’s Jeep. This rig was in bad shape. It sat for 5+ years. 12 volt. Original Engine. All oils and fluids changed. Front and rear driveshaft seals and gaskets replaced. Transfer case replaced before I purchased. Radiator rebuilt. Rebuilt floor boards. Rebuilt gas tank. New gas well in body. Rebuilt tool box. New windshield. Seats reupholstered. Carburetor rebuilt. New fuel pump. New alternator. Steering worm replaced. New Steering box seals (still leaks). New brakes and front wheel bearing. Lights work. Turn lights do not. Horn works. Temp gauge & AMP gauge work; other gauges and accessories do not. Have speedometer cable (not installed). This jeep starts good and runs good for being 68 years old.
