if i bought these and bolted them onto my 48 truck , the track be incorrect for a standard train rails — standard train rails are 56.5 ” — my willys truck track is 59.25″ front , 65.5″ back — you would have to have the Fairmont bogie wheel conversion ? — i have a historic train line near my ranch — its the old C.O.P.R . line — California Oregon and Pacific Line — they call it C.O.R.P. NOW — it was abandoned years ago for a more direct route into Oregon — then it was revived and i see their brightly painted orange and yellow locomotives hauling freight about twice a week , sometimes as many as 15 cars — it was the first railroad into Oregon from California — tunnels , grades , a famous train robbery , with the murders of four train crew members — its line followed the old stage coach route — which followed the 1850 gold rush trail — which followed the old Native American trail
