Looks nice, but doesn’t run at the moment. Given the 3Bs and DJ-3As were produced into the 1960s, the M-38 wasn’t quite the last of the flat fenders.

What may it need to run ? Always wanted a willys , but most i see are out of budget for me ….. am retired

It’s hard to say what’s wrong, but it is a high price for a non-runner. You’ll need to contact the seller via Craigslist to learn more.
