UPDATE: Still Available.
(08/23/2020) Needs work. This could have been a brush truck of some type or it was a utility truck.

“1956 Willys. 4 wheel drive. Runs and drives. Six cylinder inline flathead. Three speed manual. High and low transfer case.
Odometer does not work. Says 18,000 miles. Was told it was a fire truck? Owned for over eighteen years. Has been sitting inside for seventeen years. Needs work to be road worthy. Towaway.”
Could he have added an extra zero to his price?
I am puzzled by the price, too. It might fall under that “it doesn’t cost anything to ask that amount”.
I don’t agree – when people see a crazy price, they dismiss the seller as a dope, and unreasonable . No one wants to buy from a crazy person. Time and again we see high priced junk not sell . Put a fair price and it will sell .
“Look honey, I put the old Willys up for sale like you asked.”
