No bids yet … and maybe this is fair. After living in the Dakotas, the landscape is littered with such treasures. If you spot one and make a fair offer, they likely won’t even acknowledge; and drive by a week later and it’s gone. It’s all about getting money out of nothing, and meanwhile they don’t take the time to even air up the tires. Sorry to vent … it’s hot out here in N. Dakota, and I’m just an old man working on my CJ2a — which I was lucky enough to pick up at auction for $350; so maybe I’m not much better …,
Steve,
I haven’t paid too close of attention, but am wondering if the market has slowed somewhat? These trailers were hot for a while.
And, for some folks, they are to far away from SD to make the trip worth while. It can be a fickle market.
