UPDATE: Nate pulled the head off and freed up the two stuck exhaust valves. It now runs great! Also replaced the water pump that started leaking.
(05/04/2021) Nate’s selling this pieced together CJ-5 Tux Park.

“Selling this tuxedo park I pieced together from several different jeeps. All of the jeeps I used had issues. One had a bad frame, but good engine and transmission, one had a good frame with a title and the other had a decent body. Yes, it does have title with vin tag and jeep trim tag attached to the blue cowl in the pics.
Comes with a bunch of spare parts, including another junk windshield frame with a good glass, chrome windshield latches and chrome hinges, chrome tail gate hinges and a column shift T90. Has tuxedo park 10″ brakes and small yoke front driveshaft. Some column shift linkage is still on the column. Blue hood has chrome hood hinges as well. Jeep runs and drives, but it has a stuck exhaust valve. Blue cowl also has a column shift dash. I have 4 extra wheels that go with it, so there will be seven wheels that match. The white one is some sort of oddball thing. The matching ones are correct for a tux park. The only coolant leak I see is from the water pump. Asking $5000 or best offer. I can deliver to the Great Willys picnic in June.”
Five grand, amazing! must be that RARE model, no floorboards made specially for Fred Flintstone. To me, this is a parts Jeep, twenty years, I’d see something like this sitting in Vito’s tow yard, and make him an offer he couldn’t refuse, $150.00 delivered. Times have changed, being a smart shopper is no longer valued, glad I bought my Jeeps decades ago and held on to them.
It’s a “Bitsa.” A bit if this and a bit of that.
I THINK JOHNNY CASH BUILT IT –> ONE PIECE AT A TIME –> ITS A 49 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 , 54 , 55
… 60 , 61 , 62 , 63 , 64 , 65 AUTOMOBILE ..
It is what it is, he’s upfront about it, and the market is today… not 1985. Just sayin.
