Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: Price dropped to $1700. This project has a serial number of 15947, but I’m not seeing any VEC details on the body.

“1946 CJ2A. I’ve torn the entire thing apart, repairs and sandblasted the chassis, began rebuilding the engine, and now we are moving and I can’t take it with. The plan was to completely restore it. Needs a fair amount of work and some parts.”
