UPDATE: This was on eBay. These are some unusual documents. I never did obtain copies of these agreements.

Interesting the implied trademark “Willys-Jeep” at the top of the contract booklet. By late 44 WO was embossing lots of stuff ( data plate, frame tag, engine head, documentation) with JEEP to be ahead of any trademark war. Interesting also they used a slat grille model for the photo.
