Needs some work.
“1966 jeep CJ 6 put new brake lights and headlights, turn signals, new fuel pump, new seatbelts, put a custom plate on driver-side in floor, brand new carburetor. Starts first try drives very smooth and runs great. I have a 4 inch lift and whole new wiring harness coming to. asking 3500 obo”
Looks familiar. was here a month ago. It must park when ran.
According to facebook, it is sold! The value of CJ-6’s must really be rising! This jeep has been posted on this sight 3 times, Jan. 2017 for $2200 with plow, Aug. 2020 for $1800 without plow and Sept. 2020 for $3500 in about the same condition. I remember this Jeep because it located near me, but I have never seen it. I also remember in the first post, how beat up the right quarter panel was. I guess someone needed a winter jeep project, I hope it works out.
Mark,
Thanks Mark. I’ve updated the post.
I do think there is more interest in the CJ-6s. I never liked them much when I was younger, as they always looked a bit odd. These days, the odd stuff fascinates me more, so maybe thats why I find them more interesting?
