“CJ2A 1946 Willy’s original equipment Runs , Drives , And Stops Very Good,Solid Original Engine 3 Speed Transmission, Frame Solid No Rust Floors Are Solid Body Mostly solid Top Is Very Good”
Dave, when this was up here before, I remember it being “Sold”. and there were several interesting comments including about the top, the patch like rock guards, and typical poor FB advertising. ???
Barney,
Hmmm … The jeep disappeared off of Facebook, but returned on Craigslist. I didn’t delete any comments. Maybe there’s another post of this out there? Sometimes I dual post jeeps, as sometimes they are listed by the same seller in different cities. This could be the case here. I will have to check on that tomorrow.

Kayline “Luxair” soft top.
Jim: I completely missed the uniqueness of the soft top. Here’s a 1970 Kayline brochure http://www.ewillys.com/wp-content/uploads2/2020/04/kayline-brochure-interior-lores.jpg. I think the side has to roll up for it to be a Luxair, but I can’t tell if the top on this jeep does that or not. The top sure does fit nicely though.
Barney: It does look like this has the aftermarket rock guards along the side, though I can’t remember who made them. The right front bumper seems to have the Runck vertical pipe, but it might have been welded on rather than a replaced bumper. You can see better pics of a Runck rear bumper in this post (about half way down http://www.ewillys.com/2018/05/15/day-16-monday-may-14th-drive-them-jeeps/ ). Rick Riley (of Ohio) was the one that educated me on the Runck products.
This M-38A1 that was for sale includes some pics of the Runck front bumper: http://www.ewillys.com/2019/06/28/1953-m-38a1-dayton-oh-12000/
Barney: It looks like Runck changed hands, but was still in business as of 97. There are newer references to Runck bumpers for crawlers. I wish I could find a 70s brochure for the Runck products.

What’s the deal with this thing? Keeps turning up with the same pictures. F-book. C-list. Sold. Not sold. Something fishy about the whole thing.
Dave,
It’s a odd one for sure.

So, has anyone on here made or tried to make contact with Rasheed? Seems like there’s a lot of Jeep there is the questions are answered right. Interior photo? Column shift? Engine photo? Title? Did I say Title?
Barney, I’ve heard nothing.
