This December 22, 1940, article in the Birmingham News highlights the latest arrival of “midget automobiles” at Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. I would imagine these are Bantam BRC-60s.

4 Wheel Steering; do any of them still exist? There couldn’t have been too many made.

Joe, I *think* these are the correct numbers:
BRC-40-4WS: American Bantam Jeep, 4 Wheel Steering – 50 built. (Or 62 according to this site http://www.jeepcollection.com/portfolio/1941-bantam-brc40/ )
    MA-4WS: Willys Military model A with 4 Wheel Steering – 50 built.
GP-4WS: Ford First model Military with 4 Wheel Steering – 50 built.
GPW-4WS: Ford Military 80″ wheelbase, Willys design with 4 Wheel Steering – 50 built.

There are still some around. I have a friend rebuilding a Bantam 4 wheel steer.
