Given the windshield handles, this might have been a Surrey.

“1960 Jeep Surrey, rare vehicle, only 1420 made between 1960-1965, original 4 cylinder flathead runs great, you have to see in person, it’s a put back to original project but has good bones to build on, a restored one like it sold for $48k, don’t have the time or $ to do it”
It does have the solid tail piece and top frame pockets, and a chrome front bumper too like a Surry would have. Floor shift?
This DJ3A has a couple of the indicators for being a Surrey as SteveK pointed out, with the chrome front bumper and the two chrome grab handles on the windshield and solid tailgate. Surreys were not known to have a floor shift or the front buckets. It is missing the column shift portion on the steering column, I did notice that the radiator is either a CJ2A or the 64 DJ3A style. There are enough pieces missing that it is difficult to tell. The serial number would give us the year of manufacture. Several changes under the hood indicates some mods have been made over the years. No footman loop evidenced on the front fender. Surrey, maybe, maybe not.
Mods like 5 lug hubs too. Lollipop Mirror and it’s mounting holes missing too. Looks solid tho.
