These brochures have me doing more research on Newgren and what happened after the company disappeared. Newgren from the beginning was a reseller and distributor not a manufacturing concern. So I suspect that the blade was a Stockland from the beginning with a Newgren label.
Same with the scoop. These can be found pretty easily these days for $100 or so.
