Looks like this has a 3B or a replacement windshield. Looks to be a post 1959 given the passenger side air intake. Am I just sleepy or does this have an odd heater setup?

This was obviously a hardtop model as you can see where the original windshield frame sheet metal was bolted on. The doors are cut down hardtop style and the tailgate has the center license plate holder. The spare tire holder is a bolt on from another Jeep.The windshield appears to be CJ3B. I would like to see the 63 Surrey photos with the heater from Ray Robins and any info on his Surrey.
