Maybe one of those ads where the seller doesn’t respond? I’d absolutely love it as that’s what I’m looking for, but emergencies last year and this year (roof, septic, power surge, veterinarian) put us in the deep red.
This what happens when buyers don’t recognize value when they see it, due to the ridiculous high auction prices, true value value is skewed and average buyers are caught in a bind.
Correction, I meant to say sellers are caught in a bind. see previous post of mine.
