Appears in good shape. That said, the claim that this is “unrestored” seems unbelievable given the CJ-2A did not come in this “traditional US Military” color. Here is a look at the colors: https://www.thecj2apage.com/paint.html

“West Coast Classics are proud to present an absolutely exceptional example of this apparently unrestored original southern California example and extraordinarily well preserved 1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A in traditional US Military colors with it’s 134 L head 4 cylinder “Go Devil” engine and full soft top & bikini top.”
This jeep is being sold by a Dealer , so do not believe anything , I repeat anything , they say .

I’m curious as to how the canvas tallgate cover fastens to the extenda-bed. The footman loops on the tailgate would normally secure those, but since the tailgate has been moved backward, I wonder if they put a divider with footman loops in the place where the tailgate was.
John
John, that’s a good question. I hadn’t thought about that. My guess is that either there is a bar or a full divider that can be installed.
I think that was tastfully done. Just shows you can paint a CJ green without turning it into a MB/GPW wannabe. Looks fantastic, I wish more people would go this route vs the clown . . . I mean clone route.
