“I have two Willys Jeep motors for sale. I believe one is a 1946 and the other is a 1948. One is very complete with the fan, manifolds & carburetor. The other motor has the manifolds, generator and bell housing but no carb. They will both need to be completely rebuilt but have been covered and dry.”
It should be MN for Minnesota. Wonder if you get the Pto box in front of the one motor.

Clem: some days, it’s not. At first I had this as MN, then I switched it to MI, because, you know, Detroit is in MI.
To be fair, it took about six hours to do the research, assemble the images, write, and rewrite the big post (longer than I’d planned), so my brain was a little fried … when my brain fries, I’m lucky to get anything correct 🙂
