If the seller doesn’t know how to correctly spell St. Johnsbury then I would be thinking scam.
It could be a mistake. Or, it’s also possible the seller is slightly dyslexic. The mixing up of b/d often occurs even in very mild cases of dyslexia (at least according to what I’ve read … my former gf had very bad dyslexia; she was intelligent and a gifted speaker, but when I met her when she was 45yo she couldn’t write a complete sentence).
