UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $4500.
Dave spotted this former Ranch vehicle that may have been driven by recording stars.
“The M22 Mighty Mite is a Lightweight 1/4 ton 4X4 Tactical Jeep, suitable for Airlifting and manhandling
My Jeep still has the Air Lift Hooks and all Military Equipment on it…
Only 2500 were Built and most are Gone…
This was also used at the (Caribou Ranch Recording Studio)
A lot of Famous Rock Stars drove this Jeep when they stayed at the Recording Studio…
{ Own a peace of Colorado History }
This Jeep still has all the Caribou Ranch ( CR ) Logos still on it…”See Pictures”
These “Rare” Jeeps were made only for the Marine Corps
The Jeeps are All Aluminum and even Aluminum Engines to be Light Weight
They were Built to Very “Light Weight”
They were way ahead of there times Technology-Wise and had Factory Independent Suspension
There is Lots of Information on” Google ” for these Rare Mighty Mite Jeeps
This Jeep still and has the “Deep Water Kit” also
I have some NOS parts that go along with the Jeep and you still can get parts for these Jeeps…
The Jeep has 15,000 Actual Miles but has not run in years since the Ranch Closed
The Mighty Mite Jeep was only Built from 1959 thru 1962…It Cost way to much to Build these Rare Jeeps…$5000.00 a Jeep
Original Mighty Might Wheels…The Wheels were Only installed on a Mighty Might Jeep
I have the Rear Tailgate and Jerry Can…Plus a Ammo Can
No rust anywhere
I believe I still have the Doors and Top for it…
Caribou Ranch installed the Roll Bar
Bill of sale only…When Caribou Ranch bought this at a Military Surplus Auction in 1970… Military Vehicles did not have Titles…They drove it around there 2000 Acre Ranch…
I always keep a Tarp over the Jeep
I went to the link to check this thing out because I am very interested in buying it, however when I got to the link the ‘contact info’ button did not work. I tried doing the search on craigslist but couldn’t find it there. If anyone could help me contact the owner it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,
I can’t tell if it sold or not. Unfortunately, I don’t have any more info on this jeep. So, I’ve updated the post. If I see it relisted I will send you an email.
