RE: Steering over the hood-Maybe to protect it from Mines and IED’s?
I can’t see this being very appreciated in the Bay Area or Marin County… hope it finds a good home: COOL vehicle!
If I remember correctly, the steering wheel can be detached, tilted to the front. This allowed the vehicle to be parked in tight spaces. The “driver “ would have greater visibility from outside the vehicle. Like loading onto aircraft or landing craft.
