UPDATE: **SOLD** .. It now lives in Roanoke, VA.
(10/04/2018) This jeep is named “General Neyland“.
“Rare little classic. NO spam. Everything done to this little 1946 willys including electronic ignition and changed to 12v. New 5500 steel body, glass, tires, rims, rebuilt original motor, exhaust, stainless, seats gauges etc. Still needs new top. Will trade to a nice military Humvee, m35a3,dump truck, 5 ton, classic, rare, muscle, vintage, 923,RV, conversion van OR what do you have? No junk.“
I did not know that an hei distributor would fit/work in a L-134.
In my 3A, I’m running 12v with Pertronix in an original distributor. Looks better and much cleaner.
Nice job but “46’s are selling for $25k or more”?… -That statement is *HIGHLY* debatable.
This Willys sold in Bowling Green this summer without the decals for a asking price of 8000. Not sure what it actually sold for or what was done to since than but other than the decals it looks the same as before.
Thanks for the update Andy.
I now own this 2A. Roanoke Va
Thanks for the update Gary. I’ve updated the post. I hope you are enjoying the jeep!

Dave, I love the keep and have completed some of the things that weren’t done. Do you have any additional information on it?
Hi Gary,
Unfortunately, I don’t have any more info about it. But, I’m glad to hear you are enjoying it!
