This appears to have a PTO, a PTO winch and an overdrive. Could be a good price. It also has what is probably a later model (cj-3a/dj-3a) flathead for some reason.

“1962 Willy’s Jeep cj5 according to what I found on the internet. Correct me if I am wrong – pic of Serial number attached. Needs work. Great project. Need it gone ASAP. Make an offer”
Upper radiator hose/thermostat housing go straight to radiator instead of at an angle…I have not seen this on a flat head…???
It’s probably got the stock radiator with the outlet in the center: http://www.flickriver.com/photos/34107011@N08/4123153682/
The L-head thermostat housing is angled…must have replaced it with something else…Doesn’t look like a F-head housing either…just curious..
My mistake. I see what you are saying now. I wish we had another angle on that inlet.
this breaks my heart when people put an L-head in where a F-head came out , the F-head is weak and the L-head is so weak its just not usable , I have stacks of L-heads sitting out in the rain OXIDIZING
