What’s that on the front bumper – some kind of winch guide? It also has California black plates, not much of a surprise since Klamath Falls is just over the border.
I was thinking some kind of guide, but I don’t know for sure. It’s possible it’s in northern Cal, but advertised in Klamath.
From the front pic on CL, it kinda looks like a some old vintage hand cranked winch is attached to a bumper extension, my guess.
