UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7999.
Carl’s selling his modified wagon.
“1957 Jeep Willys Wagon with rare BARN DOORS, 3 speed , 4×4
PRICED REDUCED $8,900
I have pictures of the previous owners parts that he had installed. I have done much myself.
Previous own put $12000 into this rig, I have all his receipts, this is not counting the mechanics labor, he did- ” electric windows , power steering , 283 chevy engine, 4 inch lift kit leaf over axles, 32″ tires , new wheels, new radiator, shocks, clutch, brakes, muffler, upholstery, oil pump , gauges, hydraulic clutch, power steering, wheel cylinders, shoes, new glass and rubber, radio system, prime and paint and more ” Title is clean and clear in my name!
Selling do to some unexpected bills, don’t really want to sell but the sooner the better.
I will continue to go over the beast and make improvements as needed.
The more I do the less wiggle room I have. Will consider all offers….no low ballers, not desperate and no trades of any kind.
This is a beautiful Willy Wagon! Is it still available??
Hi Emma,
Looks like it is still available. Contact the seller via Craigslist: https://lascruces.craigslist.org/cto/d/jeep-willys-wagon-1957/6659401490.html

I do not think this is a ” parkway conversion ” conversions were done at the dealer or after a panel delivery was built , this jeep looks to have factory sliding windows and square wheel wells . I think I have seen some government station wagons built with rear panel doors .

Price drop, OBO
Thanks Carl. I’ll bump the post forward.

I THINK THIS IS A HERMAPHRODITE — SOMEONE TOOK A REGULAR WILLYS WAGON AND ADDED THE SEDAN DELIVERY DOORS — ITS AN OLD TRICK — JUST LIKE MAKIN A PANEL WAGON OUT OF A STATION WAGON — JUST COVER THE SIDE WINDOWS — SEEN THAT DONE COUNTLESS TIMES — THIS DOES HAVE A NOMENCLATURE PLATE ON THE DASH — SO , WHO KNOWS ??
Most likely factory done. There is no modification to the rear body to make the doors fit as if there was a tail gate at one time.
Got to move it to a good home rock bottom price, $7,999.
SOLD
Congrats Carl! I’ve updated the post.
