“1950 M38 – project vehicle. 95% complete. Lost interest and looking to sell. The entire vehicle is new or rebuilt. Needs lights and turn signals installed in order to register the vehicle (I have the parts to do this). I have a clean California title, however, the vehicle is located in Port Orchard, WA. $13,000 in receipts; asking $8,000, or OBO”
