The VIN plate suggests this is a CJ-5 that’s been stretched and put on a Chev chassis. The grille sure is unusual.

It’s a 1958 Jeep that sits on a 1984 Chevrolet K5 chassis. It has a strong rebuilt Chevy 350 in it. Turbo transmission. 4×4. Miles are exempt due to age. The odometer says 6000.

Some of the recent work I’ve done is a new brake master cylinder, new 35″ tires, carb rebuild, new battery, valve cover gaskets, dual exhaust (sounds awesome), brand new seats (driver and passenger side they’re uninstalled see the pics), put a soft cover on top and more.

What I was going to do next is get a larger radiator fan. (For the dead hot summer the little one on there can’t keep up for long idling when it’s 100 degrees out).
Also the brake pedal needs to be adjusted so that it can travel further down. (It hits the floor right now)

The vehicle is not perfect but it drives just fine and I really wish I could keep it honestly. Title in hand.”
