UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was on eBay.
This is listed as an M-678, but that’s the utility van. This is the M-677.
“This FC was professionally started as a rebuild, everything that was cut was done correctly, its ready to be rebuilt, what you see is exactly what you get. These are extremely rare.”
I wonder what the difference is, besides price, of something that was “professionally” started and abandoned versus the numerous other abandoned projects out there?
It wasn’t clear to me that the “professional” dismemberment of the jeep added any value.
They paid a lot of money to the guy running the sawzall. And its nice to see they threw the front section face first into the bed. Don’t worry about all of those dents, they can be professionally fixed also.
It is because of all the “professionals” out there, that I do nearly all of my own work.
I’m wondering WHY it was professionally cut…
Looks like it’s been here before! http://www.ewillys.com/2015/05/21/1964-m-677-columbia-mo-4200/
aha! Thanks Tony for the detective work.

Hey Everyone. I know it’s been a few years, but does anyone know what has happened to this guy? I live near Erie and would like to try and save it if I can!
Hi Tucker,
I haven’t seen this reappear for sale and haven’t received an update on it, so my best guess is that it sold?

Thanks for the Rely David! I figured as much…bummer! Hopefully it found a good home.
